Paula Dalley is Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University. She practiced corporate law in New York before joining the OCU law faculty in 1996.
Professor Dalley has been an active participant in faculty governance, serving recently on the President's Budget Recommendation Committee, the Law Dean Search Committee, and the Presidential Search Committee. She is currently chair of the committee preparing the faculty report of the Law School's upcoming inspection by the American Bar Association. Her extensive writing on the fiduciary duties of agents, partners, and corporate directors and on agency law has appeared in leading law reviews and the American Journal of Legal History.
Professor Dalley received her A.B. degree from Princeton University, her J.D. from Harvard University, and her LL.M. from New York University. She is a member of the parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral in Oklahoma City and serves on the parish Religious Education Board.
